The Important..
Please make sure the delivery address is correct. Once our brownies have been dispatched we are unable to change the address and you may incur a charge if we need to create a new shipping label.
The Unfortunate..
Unfortunately, we can't guarantee your order will arrive on a specific day. This is because unforeseen events can occur, such as adverse weather conditions or delays en route. For this reason, we will not be responsible for delivery delays.
Couriers we use...
For orders in England, Wales, and some parts of Scotland, your order will be delivered by Evri Next Day service. You'll receive an email on the morning of your delivery, confirming your delivery window and tracking information.
Next Day Delivery Explained..
Orders placed before 4pm will be shipped two days after order has been confirmed, using Evri Next Day Delivery service*. (Example: order Monday before 4pm, baked Tuesday, dispatched Wednesday, delivered Thursday).
Orders placed on Thursday before 4pm will be dispatched on Saturday for delivery on Monday.
Orders placed on Thursday after 4pm, Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be baked on Monday, dispatched on Tuesday for delivery on Wednesday.
Orders placed over bank holidays will be baked on the next working day and dispatched the following day.

Whilst the majority of our deliveries are made on time, there are rare occasions Evri are unable to deliver which is out of our control. We accept no liability for this and you will be given the next available delivery date.

Celebration Cakes - delivery only. Delivery fees apply.
Weekend Delivery..
This cannot be guaranteed unless using Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm® with Saturday Guarantee* Service. This service is not part of our free delivery and additional costs will apply. Occasionally, Evri will deliver on Sunday if shipped on the Saturday but this should not be relied on.
Your Delicious treats have been damaged in Transit..
Should your order(s) arrive damaged please send photo evidence of this to info@bellarosebakehouse.com and we will investigate accordingly.
REFUND POLICY
All our orders are baked fresh upon receiving your order and dispatched next working day. Unfortunately, we can not be responsible for delivery delays and therefore do not have a refund policy.
